eTrac has provided geophysical survey services to several oil and gas companies in the Cook Inlet, Alaska. Personnel within the eTrac team have over thirty years of combined global experience in the offshore oil and gas industry and understand the specific needs of these clients. Services include pipeline inspection, pipeline route determination, pipeline location, depth of burial as well as pre- and post-lay alignment surveys. Ice coverage, strong currents and a varying seabed are just some of the challenges of the region. eTrac has over fifteen years experience working in the area and has completed surveys from a range of different platforms to work safety and efficiently in these environments. Using innovative technology while being flexible allows eTrac to provide solutions for clients within tight budgetary and time constraints. A range of geophysical services have been developed by eTrac to provide clients with valuable information on their assets and surrounding environment. Projects completed have included the use of LiDAR, advanced CHIRP sub-bottom, ultra high resolution multibeam, static scanning sonar, magnetometers and Boomer subbottom systems.
