Eleuthera, Bahamas Cruise Ship Terminal

In 2017 eTrac was tasked with providing bathymetric survey services for 3 potential Cruise Ship Terminal locations on the island of Eleuthera in the Bahamas. eTrac mobilized high resolution multibeam equipment to the island. Equipment was mobilized on a vessel of opportunity. Over 5 days, a total of 3 complete coverage multibeam surveys were performed at 3 different sites. The high resolution multibeam data was used to develop planimetric plots as well as detail any obstructions and navigational hazards within the survey bounds. Survey products created by eTrac were used to develop environmental and economic feasibility reports for the 3 proposed cruise ship terminal sites.
